Privacy Policy

This page explains what usgrowthseller.com collects, where it goes, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who is responsible

The site and the data sent through it are controlled by:

Trading as US Growth Seller. Either address reaches the same person, and a question about this policy is answered by a person, not a form.

What this site does not do

• It sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no session recording.
• It loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images. Every asset on the page is served from this domain.
• It builds no profile of you, and it does not sell or rent anything to anyone.

Everything below therefore concerns one thing only: the form at the bottom of the home page.

What the form collects

When you submit the form, these fields are sent to us:

• Name and email address — required, because we answer by email.
• Phone or Telegram — optional, only if you want to be reached that way.
• Store or product link — optional.
• Your message — what you type in the last field.
• Your estimate settings — if you used the batch estimator on the page, the batch size, the operations you ticked and the resulting range are attached to the message so we do not have to ask you again.
• Technical data attached automatically — the IP address the request came from, the date and time in UTC, the domain and page the form was sent from, and the referring URL. This is kept for abuse prevention: the form has no CAPTCHA, and without it we cannot tell a person from a script.

Nothing else is collected. There is no hidden field except a decoy input used to catch automated submissions, which is invisible to you and always empty when a human sends the form.

Where it goes

One submission is delivered to three places at once:

1. A private Telegram chat belonging to us, through the Telegram Bot API. This means the content of your message passes through and is stored on Telegram's infrastructure under Telegram's own privacy policy. Telegram is a processor here, not a recipient with its own purpose.
2. Our email inboxes — info@usgrowthseller.com and the owner's address above — as a plain-text copy.
3. A log file on the web server, as a backup in case the two above fail. The file is not reachable from the internet.

No one else receives it. We do not pass enquiries to partners, lead brokers, advertising networks or CRM vendors.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Two grounds, and nothing beyond them:

• Your request. You filled in a form asking us to reply. Answering it is the whole purpose.
• Our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable — that is what the IP address and timestamp are for.

We do not use your address for a newsletter, and there is no newsletter to be added to.

How long it is kept

• If the conversation does not lead to work together: the message and its copies are deleted within 12 months of the last exchange.
• If it does lead to work: correspondence is kept for the length of the engagement and for 3 years after it ends, because that is what a business needs in order to answer questions about work it did.
• Backup log entries are cleared on the same schedule.

Earlier on request. Ask, and it goes.

What you can ask for

Write to info@usgrowthseller.com and you can:

• get a copy of everything we hold about you;
• have it corrected if it is wrong;
• have it deleted, including the Telegram message and the server log entry;
• object to us holding it at all;
• ask where a specific piece of it went.

We answer within 30 days. We do not charge for it and we do not require a form to be filled in to make the request.

Children

This is a business-to-business service for Amazon sellers. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Security, stated plainly

The site is served over HTTPS. The form submission is encrypted in transit. The backup log file sits outside anything a browser can reach. Access to the Telegram chat and the inbox is limited to the people who answer enquiries. No transmission over the internet is ever fully secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Links to other sites

The home page names the prep centers whose published price lists it quotes, but it does not link out to them. The only outbound link on this site is to Telegram's privacy policy, above. Once you click through, this policy no longer applies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history to dig through: what is on this page is what applies today.
